We always aim for 100% satisfaction with your Kartak NFC products. If you experience an issue, please review the following refund conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

  • Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement or refund.
  • Personalized NFC cards cannot be returned once produced, unless there is a printing or technical defect.
  • To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Process

After confirming your request:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
