Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
- Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement or refund.
- Personalized NFC cards cannot be returned once produced, unless there is a printing or technical defect.
- To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Refund Process
After confirming your request:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
